Wine Production:

  • Own vineyards. Manual harvest with double selection in the field and at the winery using a selection table (selection of clusters and grains).

  • Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48-72 hours followed by controlled fermentation at 28°C to 30°C in concrete tanks. Two daily pump-overs during the first eight days, finishing with gentle pump-overs every other day. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 36 months in new Bordeaux barrels (90% French oak and 10% American oak) with regular racking every 6 months.

     

Recommended Temperature:

  • 60.8-64.4°F (recommended)


Packaging:

  • 6 bottles per case. 750ml bottles.

An attractive wine with expressive and pleasant flavors. Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels.

Gastronomy:

  • Pairs well with all types of cheeses, cured meats, meats, and vegetables. Also excellent with fatty fish and foie gras, roasts, and meats.

  • Gran Reserva Red Wine

  • Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja

  • 70% Tempranillo and 30% Graciano

  • 14% Vol. Alcohol
